Day 2 we will take a group photo. We would love it you wore your organization’s logo. This is not mandatory, but feel free to coordinate with your organization to represent!
Transportation:

All participants must use the transportation provided due to safety and security procedures on St. Jude Campus. Therefore, bus arrival and departures are mandatory.

If you are not staying at the (Hotel Name), please be prompt to meet at (hotel name) for Bus Departure each morning. If you’re not early, you’re late! We will not be able to hold the bus for late participants.

To aid in prompt start times, ‘Early Bird’ Check In will be available and is encouraged at the (fill in here) Hotel on Monday evening.

Smoking/Vaping is not permitted on St. Jude Campus. There will be an opportunity to smoke off campus during lunch daily. This will be the only opportunity once arriving at St. Jude to smoke. Thank you for your compliance.
