What to Bring:

  • Please bring a notebook, your computer, and a mind ready to engage in each session

Attire:

  • Attire is Business Casual

    • Business Casual is; Polo, Dress Shirt, Dress Pants/Skirt/Shorts

    • No Graphic Tees or Jeans Please

    • Google is also helpful if you are wondering the do’s and do not’s of business casual

  • Day 2 we will take a group photo. We would love it you wore your organization’s logo. This is not mandatory, but feel free to coordinate with your organization to represent!

Transportation:

  • All participants must use the transportation provided due to safety and security procedures on St. Jude Campus. Therefore, bus arrival and departures are mandatory.

  • If you are not staying at the (Hotel Name), please be prompt to meet at (hotel name) for Bus Departure each morning. If you’re not early, you’re late! We will not be able to hold the bus for late participants.

  • After the event, a bus will take you back to the hotel. Transportation to the airport will be on your own from the (fill in here) Hotel.

Check In:

  • To aid in prompt start times, ‘Early Bird’ Check In will be available and is encouraged at the (fill in here) Hotel on Monday evening.

  • Regular Check In will begin at the (fill in here) Hotel on Tuesday Morning.

Other Logistics:

  • Smoking/Vaping is not permitted on St. Jude Campus. There will be an opportunity to smoke off campus during lunch daily.  This will be the only opportunity once arriving at St. Jude to smoke.  Thank you for your compliance.

  •  All provided meals are reflected in the itinerary.
